At Vemarimode, we're committed to delivering your order reliably and transparently. Our team works every day to refine our processes so you receive the best possible service.
Placing your order
To protect your personal information and ensure smooth handling, we do not accept orders by phone. All orders must be placed through our online store:
- Choose the item you'd like and add it to your cart.
- Log in to your account, or create a new one.
- Enter or confirm your delivery and payment details.
- Complete your order.
Delivery times and shipping costs

Orders placed before 16:00 (NZST) are processed the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time, or during the weekend, are processed on the next business day.
Total estimated delivery time: approximately 5–12 business days from the moment you place your order.
Shipping and tracking
Your order is shipped through our trusted delivery partners, including NZ Post.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel online every step of the way.
Please check your address carefully
Before completing your order, please double-check that your delivery details are correct and complete. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In such cases, your order will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If you'd still like to receive the item, you'll need to place a new order.
Changing your address after ordering
Need to update your delivery address after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@vemarimode.com.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we're happy to update the address for you.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we're unfortunately no longer able to change the delivery address.
